The law-firm Weiss • Walter • Fischer-Zernin was established 1993 by Dr. Karl-Heinz Weiss (Munich), Prof. Dr. Dr. Otto L. Walter (New York) and Dr. Vincent Fischer-Zernin (Hamburg). Before, the founding partners had previously acquired many years of experience as partners in leading international commercial law firms.

The Hamburg office of Weiss • Walter • Fischer-Zernin gives companies and individuals from Germany and abroad committed, qualified, and personal advise on commercial law and the law of succession. Our aim is to help our clients to achieve optimal results in their business enterprises, by giving them the highest quality of legal advice. Alongside counselling and representation of our clients in negotiations, our activities include the settlement of disputes and representation in court proceedings.

We are well placed to take on international mandates thanks to our close cooperation with selected law firms in the framework of our international lawyers network TAGLaw, in practically every country in the world.

Where required, we work in close cooperation with a highly reputed auditing and tax consulting company.
