Labour Law
Our activities in labour law include both counselling and representation in law suits, in individual and collective labour law.
We cover the usual areas of legal practice such as drawing up employment contracts and contracts for appointment of Managing Directors, General Managers and employees, the elaboration and negotiation of company agreements and social plans, and representation in proceedings for protection against dismissal, both on the employer and on the employee side. In addition, we support companies in the drafting and implementation of commercial agency agreements.
Another field of activity is labour law counselling for company start-ups and restructuring, and the development of specific remuneration and employee shareholding models. In preparation and negotiation of company acquisitions and sales, we supervise compliance with the labour law aspects right from the start, both at individual and collective law level, and implement there at an early stage in the drafting of contracts.
