We advise and represent both employer and employees. Our activities in labour law include counselling as well as representation in law suits in individual and collective labour law.
This includes in particular drawing up employment contracts for employees and contracts for appointment of Managing Directors and General Managers, negotiation and drafting of termination agreements and settlements as well as advice prior to dismissals. Further, we elaborate company agreements and redundancy programs and negotiate them.
Another field of activity is labour law counselling for company start-ups and restructuring and the development of specific remuneration and employee shareholding models. In preparation and negotiation of company acquisitions and sales we supervise compliance with the labour law aspects right from the start, both at individual and collective law level, and implement these at an early stage in the drafting of contracts.
