The law firm WEISS ∙ WALTER ∙ FISCHER-ZERNIN was founded in 1993 by Dr Karl-Heinz Weiss (Munich), Prof. Dr Dr Otto L. Walter (New York) and Dr Vincent Fischer-Zernin (Hamburg). The founding partners had previously been partners of leading international law firms for many years. Since then, we have been active nationally and internationally, offering companies and private individuals from Germany and abroad dedicated, qualified and personal advice in all areas of civil and commercial law, including the law of succession. Our primary goal is to implement and enforce the economic interests of our clients in the best possible way by providing legal advice of the highest quality. In addition to advising and representing our clients in negotiations, our work also includes dispute resolution and representation in court and arbitration proceedings. Since 2002, we have been a member of TAGLaw, one of the largest and most respected international alliances of lawyers. Very many of the lawyers from our partner law firms - especially in Europe and the USA - are known to us personally. This means that we can optimally handle cross-border mandates in close and trusting cooperation with selected law firms in more than 110 countries around the world.
