General Terms and Conditions / Remuneration
Weiss ∙ Walter ∙ Fischer-Zernin provides all services in accordance with the provisions of its "Terms of Mandate with Limitation of Liability". These are available at the registered office of Weiss ∙ Walter ∙ Fischer-Zernin. In order to determine the scope of services and the remuneration, we conclude a remuneration agreement with our clients on this, which is negotiated individually with our clients. In all other respects, the provisions of the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG) apply.

Out-of-court dispute resolution
In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution upon request at the Hamburg Bar Association (pursuant to Section 73 (2) No. 3 in conjunction with Section 73 (5) BRAO) or at the Arbitration Board of the Bar (Section 191f BRAO) at the Federal Bar Association, to be found on the Internet via the homepage of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de), e-mail: schlichtungsstelle(at)s-d-r.org.
